Full Return Policy
- Please record a video prior to opening the package as proof in case there is a missing item or if the product is defective.
- If you need a return / replacement, send video proof to hello@itsjellytime.com along with your product concern. No video, no replacement/refund.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with all inclusions intact; items should be returned with original packaging.
- Online orders may be returned by mail.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Jellytime's discretion, including determining whether an item is defective or if damage is caused by user error.
In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes.
Jellytime Toy Warranty Info
All Jellytime pleasure toys come with a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects or issues. This doesn’t include damage from misuse, neglect, or regular wear and tear.
If you need a replacement, email us at hello@itsjellytime.com with your proof of purchase and a video of the issue for verification. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement for free.
To claim product replacement:
- Return defective item to the Jellytime warehouse at personal cost.
- Once the defective item is received, Jellytime shall deliver replacement item.
- Shipment is free for deliveries within NCR only.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
The replacement's warranty will still count from your original purchase date.
All Jellytime pleasure toys are best enjoyed with a lubricant. A pea-sized amount, or more based on personal preference, may be used.
For silicone products like Jellytime's pleasure toys, water-based and hybrid lubricants are generally safe and recommended.
You can use water-based and oil-based lubricants. Do not use silicone-based lubes as it will deteriorate the silicone material of the pleasure toy. For maximum pleasure, we recommend using Jellytime's natural water-based personal lubricant.
Jellytime's pleasure toys are made with body-safe silicone and is safe for all skin types except if the user is allergic to silicone material.
All pleasure toys come with a charger, a velvet pouch and an informational pamphlet.
All Jellytime pleasure toys are water-resistant and can stay protected against low pressure water streams coming from any angle. You can enjoy it while relaxing in the tub.
Rinse the pleasure toy with water to remove any surface debris. Then apply mild liquid soap directly to the toy and lightly scrub. Make sure to rinse off any soap residue completely. Pat dry using a towel and store in the velvet pouch provided.
Do not peel or remove any silicone from the toy. To charge your pleasure toy, slowly insert the long metal plug directly into the designated charging port indicated in the informational pamphlet. This is designed this way to prevent water from entering the device.
Damage due to incorrect charging method disqualifies any product return / replacement claims.
Once plugged properly, a light indicator near the power button will start blinking. Once fully charged, the light indicator will stop blinking and remain on.
