Jellytime Water-based Personal Lubricant:

To ensure your confidence and peace of mind, we offer a straightforward refund and warranty policy.

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@itsjellytime.com. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. To facilitate the process, kindly provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order information.

Jellytime Pleasure Toy:

Jellytime Pleasure Toys have a six-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that affect its functionality. Please be advised that this warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear damage.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you need a replacement, send the receipt and a video of the faulty product to hello@itsjellytime.com, so our team can assess if the claim falls within the warranty period. If deemed acceptable for exchange, Jellytime will provide a replacement free of charge. Shipping cost for replacement will be shouldered by Jellytime for deliveries within NCR. For Jellytime to replace your product, you must return your original toy to the Jellytime warehouse. Note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

Note: If Jellytime replaces your product, the replacement's warranty period will be calculated from the original date of purchase.

  • This refund and warranty policy applies only to purchases made directly from Jellytime's official website or authorized retailers. If you bought the product from a different seller, please refer to their respective refund and warranty policies.

  • To initiate a refund, return, or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team via email at hello@itsjellytime.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

  • Jellytime reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes made will not affect the terms of purchase for products already bought under the previous policy.
