Statement #1: FALSE

Whatever position you try with your partner during sex, even when you're jumping up and down, as long as the penis ejaculates inside the vagina, you could still get pregnant. Even when you stand up and pee after the session. You. Could. Still. Get. Pregnant. Sis.

Statement #2: TRUE

The pill has 95% efficacy against pregnancy while condoms are at a whopping 98%. Using them both is a very effective way to prevent unintended pregnancies. Another plus is that condoms can even protect you from getting STIs.

Statement #3: FALSE

An aroused penis leaks thousands of sperm before ejaculation and it only takes one to get you pregnant.

Statement #4: FALSE

Although not as common, unprotected sex on a period can still lead to pregnancy since sperm can survive in the female reproductive system for up to 5 days. So if you have sex on the last day of your period and ovulate in the next few days, it is possible to get pregnant from the surviving sperm.

Statement #5: FALSE

While the birth control pill is a very effective way to prevent pregnancy, it does not protect against STIs/STDs.

Statement #6: FALSE

Anyone can get HIV no matter their gender and sexuality. If you're having sex without a condom and not taking Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) medication and your sexual partner has HIV, there's a chance you could acquire HIV too.

Statement #7: TRUE

STIs spread not only through penetrative sex. It can be passed on through many types of sexual contact - from anal sex, oral sex, intimate skin-to-skin contact and even sharing toys.

Statement #8: Well… TRUE

Technically, drinking pineapple juice days before having sex may add a little sweetness to your semen and reduce bitterness just by a tiny bit. Unfortunately, no amount of pineapple juice could alter the taste of semen and turn it into a piña colada.

Statement #9: FALSE

Even if you are in a monogamous relationship, it is still important to have a regular sexual health check. This is because some STIs don't show any symptoms so it wouldn't be possible for you or your partner to know if either of you had an STI unless you both have been tested.

Statement #10: FALSE

Anyone can benefit from using lube. It can reduce friction in the orifice and enhance pleasure. It allows you to explore non-naturally lubricating body parts such as the anus. There's a whole lot of reasons to use lube but all in all, it makes sex less uncomfortable and more pleasurable for both of you. So, lube up using Jellytime's Natural Water-based Personal Lubricant. This sex lube is a hypoallergenic, water-based lubricant with nourishing plant-derived ingredients like aloe and Hyaluronic Acid to enhance and boost your body's natural moisture. It comes in 50mL matte tube and Trio Bundle for a longer ride!
