International Women's Month Special: Let's give the limelight to these bad-ass girl bosses

This March, we're celebrating International Women's Month — It's the perfect time to commemorate women's achievements and advocate for women's rights everywhere. International Women's day is a global holiday celebrating women's social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. Again, the IWD community triumphed in collective action and shared ownership to drive gender parity.

Beyonce

Of course, the ultimate Queen B tops this list! But you may live under a rock if you haven't heard of Beyonce. Honestly, what can't she do? Beyoncé Giselle Knowles — AKA Sasha Fierce, Yonce, and Queen Bey — is a Grammy award-winning and Oscar-nominated singer, songwriter, actress, performer, and dancer. Being part of the former girl group Destiny's Child, she is the perfect example of someone who created a household name for herself and created her own identity. Beyonce's latest hit album Renaissance made history as it capped off Beyonce's record of most Grammy wins in a lifetime (32 Grammys!)

Alexandra Cooper

Alex Cooper is mainly known for hosting "Call Her Daddy," — one of the most successful woman-led podcasts. She calls herself the "Founding Father" as she created the first podcast openly discussing sex with no filter, advocating for sex-positivity and women's empowerment. Her creative direction initially began with what she called "female locker-room talk," which has now evolved to sex tips and advice with a "modern twist on feminism." She began her podcast journey with Barstool Sports in 2018, which was formerly owned and distributed by them. Now, she announced an exclusive deal with Spotify worth $60 million.

Robyn Rihanna Fenty is another well-rounded queen who dabbles in everything and anything you can think of!
