Warranty Policy

If you have purchased a pleasure toy from Jellytime, it has a six-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that affect its functionality. Please be advised that this warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear damage.

If you need a replacement, send the receipt and a video of the faulty product to hello@itsjellytime.com, so our team can assess if the claim falls within the warranty period.

If deemed acceptable for exchange, Jellytime will provide a replacement free of charge. Shipping cost for replacement will be shouldered by Jellytime for deliveries within NCR. For Jellytime to replace your product, you must return your original toy to the Jellytime warehouse. Note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

If Jellytime replaces your product, the replacement's warranty period will be calculated from the original date of purchase.
