To charge your Chinchilla, just insert the long metal plug directly into the hole piercing through the silicone. This is designed this way to prevent water from entering the device. Do not peel or remove any silicone from the toy.
It takes about 80 minutes to fully charge your toy from an empty state. Do not overcharge. Just like other electronic devices–it’s best not to leave it plugged longer than it needs to be.
If you have purchased a pleasure toy from Jellytime, it has a six-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that affect its functionality. Please be advised that this warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear damage.
If you need a replacement, send the receipt and a video of the faulty product to hello@itsjellytime.com, so our team can assess if the claim falls within the warranty period.
If deemed acceptable for exchange, Jellytime will provide a replacement free of charge. Shipping cost for replacement will be shouldered by Jellytime for deliveries within NCR. For Jellytime to replace your product, you must return your original toy to the Jellytime warehouse. Note that return shipping costs are not refundable.
If Jellytime replaces your product, the replacement's warranty period will be calculated from the original date of purchase.
Orders are fulfilled by third party couriers within 3-7 business days.

The Chinchilla has one button for all its features. Hold the button located at the bottom of the toy for 2 seconds to turn it on/off. To switch to different vibration patterns, click on the same button while the toy is turned on.
The Chinchilla is water-resistant and can be washed with running water and mild soap.
After washing your Chinchilla with water and mild soap, it is important to dry your pleasure toy thoroughly. After, place it inside the pouch it comes with. Store in a cool and dry place.
The Chinchilla is safe for all skin types for as long as you are not allergic to silicone material.
You can use water-based and oil-based lubes. Do not use silicone-based lubes as it will deteriorate the silicone material of the Bean. For maximum pleasure, we recommend using the Jellytime natural water-based personal lubricant.
Your Chinchilla is water-resistant and can stay protected against low pressure water streams coming from any angle. You can enjoy it while relaxing in the tub.
